We have been a leader in building and maintaining America’s infrastructure for over sixty years. We’re experts in pipeline contracting and rehabilitation services for natural gas, water, wastewater, industrial, oil, and nuclear, both in distribution and in transmission. A wholly owned subsidiary as part of Vectren Corporation’s Infrastructure Services Group, we have the resources to solve practically any problem you may encounter.
Our foundation is built upon the principles of a family-run company – safety, quality work, integrity, innovation, and relationships. We have hundreds of crews comprised of highly-skilled, highly-trained workers with years of experience, some of whom have been with Miller their whole careers. Company History
Don W. Miller, Inc. was founded as a pipeline transmission company in 1953 by Don W. Miller in Green Springs, Ohio. After successful completion of a project for the city of Jacksonville, FL, Don W. Miller realized that the company had the management talent and expertise to undertake complex pipeline projects. That talent allowed Miller Pipeline to make a major expansion into Indiana working for Citizen's Gas. In 1962, Miller Pipeline rented an abandoned gas station in Clermont, IN to serve as the company's Indiana office and would eventually grow to encompass a sprawling 33-acre complex now known as corporate headquarters.
