Snap-on Tools is seeking a dynamic and experienced EHS Manager to lead and elevate environmental, health, and safety programs within our manufacturing operations in City of Industry, CA.
In this high-impact role, you will drive a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to reduce risk and support operational excellence. You’ll lead initiatives focused on hazard identification, incident prevention, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement—while serving as the site’s subject matter expert for all EHS matters.

Requirements
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Occupational Safety, related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and regulatory compliance
- Proven leadership in safety programs, audits, incident investigations and a proactive approach.
- Passion for building a strong safety culture and driving continuous improvement through employee engagement
